To whom it may concern
It brought my attention that the attached invoices had not been paid. We tried to contact you many times, but failed to reach you.
The invoices had been past due for more then six months. We are also supposed to charge a 5% financial charge, but considering the difficult situation for the travel industry, we’re willing to waive the 5% financial charge.
Please review the invoices and respond as soon as possible. If you need an alternate payment plan, we’re also willing to work with you about different options.
