Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Beautiful Puget Sound Ocean and beach scenery and beach parks hiking trails are the nature features in this place. This room has a shared kitchen, living area, dining area, washer and dryer. Private bathroom are super clean and spacious. Professional cleaners will clean the common areas each week. All the utilities and wifi high speed internet are included in the rental. This place also perfect as hostel for traveler or newcomer in great Seattle area. This is a smoke free, alcohol and drugs free, pet free home and single occupancy only. Accept only male.
