Line and Prep Cook at Modern Korean Restaurant in Fremont

A casual concept in Fremont specializing in elevated home-cooked Korean food with modern and nutritious sensibilities. Our menu comprises of bibimbop served in stone pots with various proteins, kimbop, bento, and bowls. We do our best to work with various dietary preferences including gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, etc.Our current schedule is lunch only from 11am to 4pm Thursday to Sunday however we are looking to expand to opening more days including dinners. We aim to be flexible with our team’s schedules however we ask that you work a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Schedule: Thursday through Sunday, 8:00AM to 5:30PM
Position Hours: Full or Part-Time (weekends required)Compensation: $24 /hr includes tips
Daily Duties: Morning opening duties include sautéing vegetables, proteins. Preparing orders during service hours and closing down after lunch shift. Prep is involved throughout the day.
Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs; working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen, prep cook experience.
