Duties and Responsibilities
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
1.First point of contact for customers via phone, email, whatsapp etc.
2.Provide customers with technical support, troubleshooting and repair(send back for repiar).
3.Make sure that service record is well maintained.

Qualifications
2 years service work experience
A love of (and ability to) solve problems
Good communication/customer service skillsBachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Logistic preferred or equivalent experience
Required to lift over 30KG when necessaryStrong PC skills.
Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
