－7分钟 步行到Downtown
－3分钟 步行到西雅图中央社区学院
－近西雅图大学 university of Seattle
－公车站就在公寓楼下， 步行1分钟到bus站， 10，11，43，49 路公交车
－公寓电器齐全，冰箱，洗衣机干衣机，微波炉，烤箱一应俱全
－公寓一层有健身房
－顶层有天台可以烧烤并且可以看到太空针塔
－地下一层停车位可供出租（连车位一起租会有优惠哦）
－公寓周围有各种小店，餐厅，咖啡厅
ps：
图片为一年前实拍， 我们重新粉刷了墙颜色，由红色改成了浅灰色
厕所也升级为两个洗手台并重新粉刷淡蓝色， 宽敞明亮！
大家知道，西雅图一般租房是不带家具，如需要， 我们可以折价出售我们现在的家具。
