I am looking to do a lease transfer on my apartment. Lease valid till 22-Apr-2018(You can extend the lease after April)
Available from the Week of October 20, 2017, but I am flexible.
It is a 706 sq ft. 1br/1bth apartment in Queen Anne, it is next to Facebook, near Amazon. My rent is $1925 per month, plus renew fee $100 per month. The rent will not include the renew fee. I also have one parking spot which costs $150 per month but if you don't need this then you don't have to pay for it.
I have already paid the deposit and am ready to let go off it, I will also pay rent for month of October so you can expect 10-15 days of no rent in October. You will need to fill an application with Dexter Lake Union and I will pay for the application but you will need to have good credit history.
Also I will leave all the furniture to you, no additional fee.
