Altura Restaurant brings the seasonal emphasis of Italian cooking and the bounty of the Northwest together with artisan technique. Our guests enjoy the elegance of the finest wines and freshest ingredients, simply prepared and perfectly presented.
Chef Nathan Lockwood crafts his weekly-changing menu to celebrate the best, hyper-seasonal products available, highlighting Northwest produce, meats, seafood and foraged items, as well as specialty Italian ingredients and traditions. Altura encourages its guests to celebrate dining in the Italian style by serving a tasting menu format, whereby the guest chooses three, four, or five courses from the five menu sections, or the 7-course Chef’s Tasting Menu.
