Growth Marketing Manager:
• Closely monitor and track KPIs for Growth Marketing and either execute or provide tactical strategies, mentorship, and guidance for the team to improve on channel performance
• Work cross-functionally to support the end-to-end process of bringing growth initiatives from concept to launch, including consistent optimization of channel, platform, and acquisition (and reactivation) strategy
• Perform customer analysis and segment customers into meaningful and actionable cohorts to identify strategic growth marketing opportunities
• Implement strategies to expand and improve efficiencies by leveraging deep expertise in performance marketing on paid social channels to scale customer acquisition
• Partner with Creative to build an ever-improving workflow to consistently request, utilize, and deliver feedback on new creative assets to improve channel performance
• Ensure campaigns (including tests and segmentation) are set up and deployed accurately
• Regularly communicate performance insights, learnings, and acquisition strategy
• Grow and lead a team of highly strategic and analytical growth marketing professionals
• Empower the Growth Product team and ensure that the Technology features are triaging on a consistent basis with a strong foundation of high-frequency experimentation and evaluation
• Develop a strong relationship with Marketing to ensure proper attribution and measurement of brand lift and effects of marketing campaigns on paid acquisition and/or growth product

Financial Manager:
• Manage company’s overall financial and accounting activities in coordination with Chinese affiliated companies and suppliers; formulate or adjust corporate internal accounting system, financial rules and procedures in consultation with local financial professionals; coordinate annual budget and forecast cycles form start to finish; monitor, develop and report on company’s budgets, taxation, revenues and expenditure conditions with other key financial indicators and performance;
• Review, analyze, and report to executive officers on actual monthly budgets, financial raw data and statements, and regular accounting performance metrics; regularly exam and analyze company’s inventory and cash positions;
• Report to top managers on financial performance for company’s strategic planning and development; analyze financial trends to maximize company profits, minimize financial risks and identify expansion opportunities;
• Work with other managers to develop revenue, expense and budget targets; supervise accounting staff in preparing financial reports and documents; coordinate with external reporting requirements with CPAs, auditors, bankers, vendors, etc.; and monitor financial details in transactions and reports to ensure all legal requirements are met;
• Work with top management of the company and its Chinese affiliated companies for long term strategic planning for company business expansion in US to evaluate its financial impacts with different options, and coordinate its execution when optimized plan is approved.

Quality Assurance Associate:
• Executes and monitors test plans, performing any environment and/or data setup
• Supports testing parties, providing troubleshooting as needed and confirming test completion
• Coordinates with applicable business areas as needed when testing
• Assists in working with external/internal parties to scope testing efforts prior to test execution, identifying applicable inputs, outputs, needed system processing and connection points. Ensures test scope is complete and accurate.
• For testing associated to internal project work, actively participates in project meetings to provide testing status, and reports any missing/incomplete capabilities identified during testing
• Writes clear and precise reports as required for identified software defects and/or functional defects identified during testing. Coordinates with design/technical staff as needed to facilitate resolution.
• Communicates in a clear and concise manner all time delays or defects in the software immediately to appropriate testing parties, team members and management
• Complete various projects and initiatives as assigned by Management\

JR. Software Engineer:
• Building new product features across the back end and frontend using Python, nodeJs, HTML, CSS and vanilla Javascript or frontend frameworks.
• Optimizing code for maintainability, scalability, and security.
• Assist in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems as required.
• Gather business requirements for proposed applications. Implementing user experience improvements
• Maintain and modify existing applications; makes approved changes by amending application
documentation, developing detailed programming logic and coding changes.
• Develop, build, and measure performance on operational metrics in current CRM (Client Resource
Management) software and generate insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Understand existing key metrics, and then design and build automated analysis system to transfer ad-hoc
analyses to routine operations.
• Conduct detailed analyses in Sales operational metrics and integrate actionable insights into CRM to
provide guidance for sales day to day activities.

Mechanical Engineer, Power Electronics：
• Create and develop components and system-level requirements and specifications for the motor control unit.
• Design mechanical components and interface of motor control unit systems for hybrid and electric vehicles (HEV/EV).
• Complete and release system, sub-system, and component designs in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
• Develop experiment design of performance rating and reliability/durability testing.
• Create 3-D CAD design and 2-D drawing for individual parts and assemblies.
• Build prototype and conduct prototype testing
• Work with manufacturing team to create revisions and solve production problems.
• Conduct DFM and RFQ with suppliers and maintain the good relationship with them
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure quality and functionality of the power electronics systems.

HR Intern：
• Manage the onboarding process for new interns and perform regular check-ins with new interns to ensure engagement and productivity
• Gather data from talent acquisition functions and conduct analysis for the purpose of improving recruiting practices
• Manage the offboarding process for outgoing interns including conducting exit interviews, administering data from questionnaires and reorganizing the database
• Maintain an organized and updated intern database for documenting and communication purposes
• Assist with training Team Leads on knowledge transition and onboarding for new hires

Program Intern:
• Work closely with the Program Manager and other members on the team as required, to provide program support for specific programs
• Help build our partnerships and grow our mentor network, our partner network, and creator network
• Keep track of action items, follow-ups and be diligent about sticking to the schedule
• Help create profiles on Passport for our Preferred Providers, Companies and VC Connect & Investor applicants
• Coordinate with our mentors and founders to ensure meetings run as scheduled

Software Engineer: Core Infrastructure
• Closely work with machine learning, search, product, data, and frontend teams, understand their infrastructure needs, influence infrastructure roadmap, and lead as well as execute on various projects
• Architect and build out the core infrastructure and foundational functionalities such as distributed key value store, schema-less data store, authentication and authorization, event streaming, distributed configuration management and hot reloading, rate limiting and circuit breaking, system for feature flags and A/B testing, traffic capture and replay, etc.
• Improve observability and reliability of Moveworks systems by building and enhancing distributed logging, tracing, monitoring, and alerting infrastructure
• Define methodologies and metrics to measure performance of microservices and product functionalities, identify and fix bottlenecks, as well as improve overall performance and scalability of Moveworks applications
• Regularly deliver deadline sensitive work that is interdependent with other engineering teams

DataScientist, Product
• Be a strategic partner for product, design, and customer success teams
• Through analytics, identify product improvement opportunities to drive additional value and engagement for Moveworks customers
• Lead the creation of metrics to track product / launch performance and proactively communicate findings to help business partners focus on key decisions
• Collaborate with data and analytics engineers to build scalable data pipelines and clean datasets to support key business metrics
• Focus on improving data quality and anomaly detection to increase trust in data
• Develop high impact data artifacts including dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to scale product analysis that leads to higher product impact
• Facilitate information self-service to business users through custom analytical tools
• Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders

Backend Engineer
• Implement backend services and build reliable infrastructure.
• Write high quality, maintainable and human readable code and write tests to assure quality.
• Responsible to develop technical maintenance plans
• Verify the quality of product; verify functionality and data output against requirements
• Support off-hours launch and monitoring of systems with operation teams as needed
• Log, manage, and retest defects in bug tracking system
