2020年6月9日我在www.lifelinescreening.com上购买了体检套餐，预约6月24日体检，在16420 SE 128TH ST Renton WA体检。6月15日我刚好在那附近，就去看看，到那个地址，根本不是体检的。我就知道是受骗了，提醒大家注意。

我马上打客服，他们说预约已经帮我取消，但是没有任何的取消通知，说给我一个Gife card, 用确认码作为以后消费，没有确认通知，但我知道这就是个圈套。接着我查询了他们的每一个地址，没有一个是真实的。这就更近一步确认我的判断，这是欺诈。消费了200多美元，我的钱要不回来的，也不能有真正的体检。提醒各位网友们，真的要小心！！！

Last Monday(June 15, 2020), I just past by the wellness screening address--16420 SE 128TH ST Renton WA. Then I found that is neither the Life Line Screening nor a wellness screening. I realized that is fraud. I checked several address on the website, every one is different name and no one has a real wellness screening..
I called the service. they gave me a conformation number for later consumption. it is gift card. however, you never get your service, and no money back.
