岗位职责Job Description
1. 投资项目的立项调研丶市场和行业信息收集
Investment project feasibility study, market and industry information collection
2. 投资项目的施工进度和状态监督
Oversight investment project progress and status monitoring
3. 投资项目的财务信息收集与汇总
Gather and summarize investment project financials
4. 确保制度和流程得到有效执行
Ensure effective execution of systems and processes
5. 向投资方定期汇报项目进展
Report on project progression to investors on a regular basis

任职资格Qualifications：
1. 美国大学本科以上学历
U.S. bachelor’s degree
2. 从事过建筑丶工程丶房地产管理相关工作5年以上
Equipped with at least 5 years relevant working experiences in construction, engineering, real estate management
3. 一定的房产项目规划丶开发丶策划和管理经验
Equipped with real estate project planning, development, planning and management experiences
4. 熟悉房产建筑过程丶熟悉房产实际流程规范
Familiar with the real estate construction processes and process specifications
5. 细心丶负责丶有独立开展工作的能力
Work independently with responsibilities and take care of details

President Assistant( Seattle) 董事长助理（西雅图）：
岗位职责Job Description:
1. 投资项目开发阶段投资信息的收集丶汇总与汇报
Collect, aggregate and report investment information during investment project development.
2. 投资项目进行过程监督与汇报
Monitor and report process during investment project progression
3. 与项目合作方保持有效沟通
Maintain effective communication with project partners
4. 安排董事长行程丶做好翻译丶陪同和接待等行政工作
Administrative work for President: arrangement of itinerary, translator, accompanying and reception, etc
任职资格Qualifications：
1. 中英文流利
Fluent in both Mandarin and English
2. 美国大学本科以上学历
U.S. Bachelor’s degree
3. 在美国工作至少5年以上
At least 5 years U.S. working experiences.
4. 从事过房产投资与管理丶风险投资丶财务与税务等相关工作
Equipped with working experiences in real estate investment, management, venture capital, accounting and taxation.
5. 出色的沟通与协调能力
Excellent communication and coordination skills
