Administrative assistant Duties:
1. Responsible for daily office maintenance
and management.
2. Provide service to all departments and
offices.
3. Responsible for administrative
procurement of the office.
4. Manage internal assets of the office.
5. Organize various regular and irregular
meetings and activities within the office.
6. Organize corporate culture events,
including company celebration, annual meeting arrangement, conference
organization, cultural and sports activities arrangement, etc.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by the
supervisor

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. 2 years related working experience,
familiar with basic office software;
3. Strong sense of service, responsibility,
and good understanding ability;
4, Have the ability to solve problems and
work independently;
5, hard-working, can work under pressure,
6. Team player;
7. Fluent in English and Chinese

工作职责:
1、负责办公室日常办公制度维护、管理。
2、负责办公室各部门和各办事处办公后勤保障工作。
3、负责公司行政类采购事宜。
4、负责公司内部资产管理。
5、组织公司内部各项定期和不定期会议活动。
6、负责组织企业文化建设工作，包括公司庆典、年会安排、会务组织、文体活动安排等。
7、完成上级安排的其他工作

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历;
2、有2年以_上相关工作经验，熟悉基本办公软件的操作;
3、具有较强的服务意识与领悟力，工作谨慎细心，责任心强;
4、具备解决问题的能力、独立工作能力、和较好的执行力;
5、吃苦耐劳，能承受一定工作压力，
6、富有团队协作精神;
7、中英文流利

薪酬：
1、工作时间为周一到周五
2、3000-4000元美元/月
3、公司提供保险
