售后支持：岗位描述（工作职责）
一、美国市场新品(上市6个月)
1. New Products for the United States (Into the market for 6 months)
a.掌握新品功能逻辑、故障排查、拆机维修；通过市场反馈，提出建议，不断完善更新；
b.Be aware of functional logic and procedure of troubleshooting and dismantlement and maintenance.
Upgrade troubleshooting and maintenance based on market feedback and propose.
c.新品的退货趋势及退货原因收集分析，找到问题，提出改善建议，整理反馈总部；
c. Collect and analyze returning trend and reasons for new products, propose helpful suggestions, and then give feedback to headquarters.
d.新品的维修问题点分析，找到问题，提出改善建议，整理反馈总部；
d. Analyze problems in maintenance for new products, propose helpful suggestions, and then give feedback to headquarters.
二、针对售后成本影响较大的产品，分析市场不良品，收集，反馈和优化建议；
2. Analyze the defective products in the market with great after-sale cost, collect related suggestions and then give feedback and upgrading these suggestions.
a.通过分析维修更换下的不良部件，发现问题，提出改善建议，整理反馈总部
a. Analyze the problems of defective parts in maintenance, propose and then give feedback to headquarters.
b.通过分析客户端退回的不良部件，发现问题，提出改善建议，整理反馈总部
b. Analyze the problems of defective parts returned from customers, propose and feed back to headquarters.
三、了解对美国线下渠道产品状况，发现问题并改善建议；
3. Be aware of BTL products’ condition in the United States, find problems and propose based on them
a.线下渠道商的退货趋势，退货原因收集，提出改善建议，整理反馈总部；
a. Collect returning trend and reasons of BTL providers, propose suggestions and then give feedback to headquarter.
b.线下渠道商的消费者投诉的不良问题点收集，分析，提出改善建议，整理反馈给总部；
b. Collect and analyze the problems based on complaints from BTL providers’ customers, propose and then give feedback to headquarters.
四、协助总部对美国维修翻新中心管理，保证其服务水平
4. Assist headquarters to manage the Center for Maintenance and Refurbishment in the United States,

需要的岗位要求（任职条件）
1、受教育程度 ( Education background )：
本科及以上学历，理工科专业优先
Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering major preferred
2、工作经验 ( Work experience )：
2-3年家电维修从业经验，有吸尘器行业背景优先
2-3 years working experience in home appliance maintenance, background in vacuum cleaner industry is preferred
3、熟悉售后服务体系和售后维修中心管理
