Positions opening: Customer Service/Sales Associate
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively call prospects to generate sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with current clients by phone calls, emails and meetings.
- Conduct telemarketing and actively prospect for, identify and develop new accounts.
- Promote, up sell and suggest new product and marketing tools.
- Deliver price quotes based on client’s project requirements.
- Participate in company’s marketing effort such as marketing campaigns, tradeshows and event
- Special tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year college degree preferred.
- Must have fluent English speaking ability and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail oriented.
- Go-getter, able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
