Overview:
Present Seafood Inc. is a start-up company in the seafood industry. We focus on the packing, trading and wholesaling of quality seafood products domestically. Besides that, exporting is another major part of our business. We currently sell our products mainly to the Asian markets. We are looking for an enthusiastic problem solver who loves the food industry to join our growing team. You will be working cross-functionally with our sourcing and sales colleagues. You will have the opportunity to work with our commercial fishermen, logistic partners and governmental departments. We are looking forward to you to join.

Responsibilities:
1. Work 20-40 hours a week. Internships are typically 12 weeks in length.
2. Prepare required documents for each export and domestic transaction properly.
3. Organize and archive transaction documents and maintain historical sales records.
4. Research for and reach out to potential suppliers by phone, email, or in person.
5. Communicate with existing suppliers to maintain good and sustainable relationships.
6. Maintain profiles of current domestic and overseas customers.
7. Collect, organize, and record information of related products information.
8. Oversee daily warehouse operations, note and report any problems to immediate supervisor.
9. Collaborate with other departments, including sourcing, sales, accounting.
10. Assist with miscellaneous projects and reporting requests as needed.


Qualifications:
·Major in Business operations, Communication, or marketing preferred
·Strongaccuracy and attention to detail
·Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
·Team player and quick learner
·Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·Strongverbal and written English communication skills required
·Bilingual in English and Mandarin


Candidates will obtain hands on experience on actual projects, and get experience on the ground level of a start-up company.Opportunity to become full-time employee available.
