Hi guys, I am looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP. Move-date available starting this week, and the lease ends on 6.30 2018 which is perfect for a school year. The rent is 765 a month, including all utilities and WiFi! Shared kitchen and bathroom per floor with 6 other very friendly and respectful housemates. It"s super close to school, you can check the address below: 4528 20th Avenue Northeast, Seattle, WA. If you are interested in moving in, next step you would apply online and once get approved, you would pay for the security deposit to the manager and we transfer the lease.
Sorry I don"t have the pic for my studio for now, but they are same size about 110 square feet. I downloaded these from the lease office.
