RESPONSIBILITIES
As a tax manager, you will supervise and review the preparation of financial statements, prepare and review tax filings, and help our clients with ongoing tax planning. You will provide excellent valuable tax service to our clients, and last a stable working relationship to clients. Your people skills and managing skills are just as important as your professional skill.


JOB DESCRIPTION
· Prepare various tax returns, including Individual, Partnership, and Corporation.
· Supervise payroll function, payroll and pay monthly and quarterly payroll taxes, including 941 and 940 forms
· Prepare company year-end closing, file annual tax reports, issue W-2, 1099, and other necessary forms.
· Advise clients on how to minimize tax liability, inform clients of any tax policy changes, and ensure compliance with federal and state tax requirements.
· Help to solve client’s tax issues as requests.
· Supervise bookkeeping process from journal entries to financial statements.
· Assist with audit paperwork and facilitate the federal and state audit processes.
· Set up companies and apply for business.
· Respond to Internal Revenue Service, State notices for clients.
· Gather information directly from clients, advise clients for business and process improvements.
· Help nonresident alien apply for ITINs.
· Finish other work as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 3 years accounting working experience.
· CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
· Experience with preparing financial statements and tax return preparation.
· Experience with payroll taxes and filing requirements.
· Experience with Microsoft Suites, QuickBooks, Lacerte, AME. Experience with CCH is a plus.
· Eager to learn professional knowledge and skills.
· International applicants may be sponsored for H-1b visa.
