Job title:
Travel Agency Manager/Tour Designer (full time position)
HTravel is currently looking for a manager who is familiar with the Seattle travel market, particularly the Chinese travel market to join our team for boosting our travel service business in Seattle and the US. This position is full time and permanent job.
Main responsibility
· Manage the retail store daily;
· Manage and coordinate the staff members’ daily tasks and activities;
· Assist to develop a strategic plan to boost the company business;
· Advertise with media to improve our business;
· Design group/customized tour itineraries and activities, particularly for specific customized tours as needed;
· Review and report the monthly performance of the company and staff members;
· Perform other duties and assignments.
Qualifications
· At least 1-3 experience in travel services, familiar with the Chinese travel market;
· Diploma/degree or relevant experience is required;
· Be able to handle multiple tasks in the period;
· Be creative and self-activated, work independently and well organized;
· Good team player and easy going personality;
· Familiar with air ticket business is a valuable asset;
· Good verbal Chinese knowledge is a great asset;
· US citizen or green card holder is required.

· 具开创精神和自我激励精神，具有独立工作能力和组织能力;
· 具有团队精神和乐观开朗的性格;
· 熟悉票务销售者优先考虑；
· 会说中文可优先考虑;
· 具有美国公民或绿卡身份.
