Freelance Junior Architectural Drafter/Designer （Bilingual in Mandarin)

Moji Holding is seeking a Freelance Junior Architectural Drafter/Designer to assist with multiple projects. This job is project based, with potential to transition to full-time.

Responsibilities:
Develop schematic floor plans and provide drafting support at all design phases under direct supervision
Document changes to architectural drawings as instructed
Consult with manufacturers, research and evaluate materials
Assist in construction administration including responding to RFI’s, preparing sketches and addendum’s (CCD’s), visiting the construction site to gather information and/or preparing a punch list.
Perform other project assignments as needed .

Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Prior architectural drafting experience required
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and be able to interpret design schemes into DD sets. AutoCAD Certification is a plus
Strong understanding of space planning and all design drawing phases
Hospitality experience is preferred, but not required
