Customer Service in Bellevue 招聘客服人员

Job description:
1. Answer calls and emails from customers and respond accordingly.
2. Provide professional technique support to customers, eg. product-related questions.
3. Trouble shooting according to customer feedback for ultrasound products.
4. Performs maintenance and repairs for ultrasound products according to training.
5. Feedback the quality issue to improve product’s quality.
6. Guiding customers through ultrasound product installation process.
7. Keep necessary records of product repairs, customer calls and follow-ups.
8. Other customer service-related work.

Job requirements :
1. Professional attitude and customer-oriented.
2. Reliable and punctual each day
3. Able to lift 60lbs on a regular basis
4. Working hours ( 8:30am to 5:00pm WST)
