Attempting to circumvent Proposition 209 through ACA 7 is a dismissal of the democratic mandate provided by the taxpayers. I believe we should focus on improving K-12 education and providing equal opportunities for all residents to compete, rather than lowering standards or introducing racial quotas. The people of California deserve a system where success is determined by character and effort, not by ethnic background. I ask you to stand for true equality and reject ACA 7.
