We tried to contact you many times, but failed to reach you. The invoices had been past due for more then six months. We are also supposed to charge a 5% financial charge, but considering the difficult situation for the travel industry, we’re willing to waive the 5% financial charge. Please review the invoices and respond as soon as possible. If you need an alternate payment plan, we’re also willing to work with you about different options.
