Shawn is a fantastic realtor! This is my first time looking/buying a property so there were a lot I wasn't familiar with. Shawn was extremely patient with me and answered all of the questions I had with no signs of annoyance and was always professional about it. For the first property I made an offer for, since I wasn't familiar with the market I thought I had a chance but in reality I was short over 300k. Shawn was very patient and explained how my offer was definitely too low, and after hearing that I still wanted to give it a try, he was still very willing to put in the work and help write up the offer for me since it's my first time making an offer and it's a good opportunity to get familiar with the process. Finally, Shawn does not push his clients to raise the price way beyond the actual cost required just so he can make more commission out of it. For the property I did end up purchasing, I told Shawn I was willing to pay 50k over the list price, but Shawn told me that it's probably not necessary and negotiated down to only 30k over the list price. Which shows that Shawn actually does put his clients first. I would recommend Shawn to all of my friends looking to purchase properties as well and would definitely be in contact with him again if I were to either sell or purchase another property.
